We stopped by Urban hoping to enjoy some good desserts, especially their pistachio cake, along with cheesecake and a few other treats. The place itself has a pleasant atmosphere, and the presentation of the desserts looked very appealing. Unfortunately, the pistachio dessert wasnโ€™t what we expected at all. We were looking forward to a soft, rich cake, but it was extremely firm and frozen from the inside. It honestly felt much more like eating ice cream than cake, which was disappointing. The flavor itself wasnโ€™t bad, but the texture completely threw us off. If the dessert is meant to be served frozen, it would help to make that clear on the menu so customers know what to expect before ordering. The service was fine, and the cafรฉ has a nice ambiance, but the dessert simply didnโ€™t live up to our expectations. We came excited to try one of their signature items and left feeling underwhelmed. Overall, Iโ€™d give it 2 out of 5 stars. It just wasnโ€™t my thing. I may come back to try something different in the future, but based on this experience, I wouldnโ€™t recommend the pistachio dessert if youโ€™re expecting a traditional cake.

Absolutely love this place. Came here for the first time on a Saturday and the next Tuesday we were already craving another shake. I love the can that it comes in such a cool and mess free design. We tried the chocolate cake and it was awesome. We also loved the pistachio chocolate milkshake, cookies & cream milkshake, and the biscoff cookie milkshake. They are all amazing and such an awesome vibe in the store!

This place turned out to be super dope lol the name right off the bat makes you think your going somewhere you should Be careful at and you immediately walk into a bare empty little ordering table which just adds to the whole story in your head you have convinced yourself is playing out haha but the desserts are all delicious and super simple which is now a theme but the cheesecake on a stick and their milkshakes that come in a see thru sealed coke bottle which Iโ€™ve never seen before is all so very impressive and my kids would agree they enjoyed the desserts as well and were totally laughing about the name! 10 out of 10 Iโ€™d definitely come again!

We were greeted immediately when entering. This dessert spot is mostly a kiosk ordering place except when you have a refillable container. The vibe is very urban but the most important part are the desserts! I got the ube cake and my wife got the banana pudding ball and my daughter got the coffee smoothie in the special refillable container. Everything was super tasty! All were well done!

We ordered 4 items and ate 3 this evening, hubs says the tiramisu is very coffee forward and the last fingers were not mushy which was a nice change of pace. The chocolate cake was delicious not overly sweet very chocolate, the pudding ball was yummy and light, so to try is the matcha cake which will be a morning treat. We will order again.
